Make the list of tasks which you will do in a day or week and be remember that one task should always be different from all other days tasks, so that you will get some refreshment during that time.
For Example, while studying the Physics for 45 minutes take a small break of 15 minutes then study chemistry for 45 minutes take a break of 15 minutes and then again back to the physics or even you can follow the Pomodoro Technique. It is best to make the flashcards or floating charts, revise it periodically throughout the day rather than going for the longer notes.
3. Don't be afraid of Problems
Problems are your friends, don't mind it tackle it with your whole power, whether it is sum problems or life problem. To understand the problem, make the view of What, How and Why. You can solve it easily if you got the above answers.
Suppose, if you have got the math problems, ask to yourself What type of problem it is? By which methodology it can be solve? Sometime one problem can be solve different method so ask By which method you are comfortable? How can you solve it? Why this question plays an important role in your life? 4. Sleep Well and Exercise
You have studied very well, now to store it in brain perfectly. You need to give the nutrition to it. You have to consume nutritious food to give the power to your brain- Fish, Green Vegetables, Berries and Yoghurt. You can also eat fresh fruits in the break of 30-minute sessions. Drink water to stay hydrated. It will be more better if you do exercise in morning and evening. During night, sleep well don't spend much time watching on the screen.
5. Give the less time on Screen
Many lecturers have studied that it's hard to remember when you are studying from the screen better go for the books. But You can read some articles or news to boost your memory power through online.
